Everyone starts somewhere in a body transformation journey. Making sure that you know your way around the kitchen and understand what you are putting into your body to benefit yourself towards your goals is going to propel you much further than the people that don’t. The individuals that just train hard in the gym and don’t eat the way they should will continue to see their goals from a distance and never reach them. As a client you will have your own custom diet plan or a set of macros that will be updated weekly based on your improvement. Also weekly you will send me weekly check-in pictures to help give you a visual representation of your progress.
